ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION POLICIES FOR THE LAHRS-SOMEEC 2026 INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS

IMPORTANT: Reservation requests for nights before or after the official event dates must be handled directly with Carlos Aguirre, who will provide the necessary support to coordinate these reservations.

RESERVATION POLICIES FOR INDIVIDUALS

To confirm your reservation, you must do the following:

1. Complete your reservation form, remembering to follow the indicated policies.

2. Make payment for your entire stay using one of the following payment methods:

• Deposit in MXN to Turismo y Convenciones, S.A. de C.V., Bancomer account no. 0447334168, Branch 001, Office 0843 / CLABE account no. 012 180 004 473 341 682.

• Deposit in USD to Turismo y Convenciones, S.A. de C.V., Bancomer account no. 0142854783 Plaza 001 Branch 0843/ CLABE Account 012 180 001 428 547 832.

• Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards: Call +52 (55) 51 48 75 11 to complete the process, or email CARLOS AGUIRRE at caguirre@tycgroup.com.

3. For bank deposits, send proof of payment specifying your name and the event name: LAHR-SOMEEC 2026 INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS, to caguirre@tycgroup.com. Then, call +52 55 5148 7511 to confirm receipt and receive your reservation number.

4. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing until August 1, 2026, with a refund of the deposit received. If this procedure is not completed by the specified date, a late cancellation fee for both nights will be charged.

5. Name and date changes will only be accepted in writing until October 1, 2026. No changes will be accepted after this date.

6. After August 1, 2026, any cancellation will incur a charge for the full stay.

7. In case of early departures, the hotel will charge for the entire stay.

8. No-Show: If you do not arrive at the hotel on the indicated date, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged for your entire stay.
